UNE MAISON BIOCLIMATIQUE À PLUVIGNER EN BRETAGNE A BIOCLIMATIC HOUSE IN PLUVIGNER, BRITTANY PAR / BY Patrice Bideau France Auray, le 2 août 2012 – Afin de participer au «Prix 2012 des maisons du Morbihan», un reportage photographique d’une maison bioclimatique construite en 2005 a été réalisé. Ce concours est organisé par le CAUE56 pour promouvoir les réalisations qui présentent une réponse, même partielle, aux problématiques posées à l’enjeu d’un urbanisme durable. Communiqué de presse en hongrois Auray, August 2, 2012 – A photo documentary about a bioclimatic house built in 2005 was entered for the “Prix 2012 des maisons du Morbihan” (“The Morbihan Houses Award 2012”). This award was created by the CAUE56 (The Morbihan Architectural Council for Town Planning and Environment) to promote projects which offer solutions, however partial, to the problematic at stake in sustainable town planning. Press release in Hungarian + En 2002, le souhait du 1er propriétaire était de construire une maison suivant la RT 2005, en mêlant : le métal et le bois, de grands volumes et un chauffage par géothermie. Une habitation devant s’intégrer dans un ancien verger sur la commune de Pluvigner. Pour répondre à ce programme une construction mixte a été proposée : ossature bois et béton, poutres métalliques et toiture cintrée en zinc, conception bioclimatique avec une qualité d’usage et d’espace. Offrir ainsi une ligne harmonieuse pour créer un habitat proche de la nature et de ses occupants en rompant avec les constructions traditionnelles tout en s’inspirant de l’architecture organique. La maison est orientée Sud-Est avec une façade Nord en parpaings béton pour le mur et le doublage avec enduit. L’ossature bois des ¾ de la maison est en pin 195/45 et 120/45 avec une isolation en laine de roche et un pare vapeur. Le bardage est en Red Cedar. À l’intérieur, les murs et rampants cintrés sont en panneaux OSB pour faire un contraste avec les murs béton laissés apparents & peints. La construction est posée sur un vide sanitaire et une dalle béton, elle possède donc une grande inertie thermique. L’isolation des rampants est en laine de roche de 220 mm, les murs en 120mm bois et 100 mm béton. Pour le confort d’hiver : la maison profite au maximum des apports solaires par les baies vitrées et minimise ainsi le chauffage. Pour le confort d’été : les volets roulants, l’abri-voiture et le débord de toit assurent la protection solaire. La masse de la maison permet également de conserver la fraicheur de la nuit. L’entrée de la maison et le garage se situe côté Ouest. À l’étage, un espace nuit pour les enfants avec les chambres et une salle de bains. L’espace parental avec chambre, dressing et salle de bains se situe au rez-de-chaussée au Nord avec une vue vers l’Est. L’abri-voiture situé au Sud-Est et contiguë à la cuisine, est devenu avec les nouveaux propriétaires une annexe d’été pour les repas en famille. L’espace jour avec le séjour et la mezzanine a une vue directe sur le jardin et l’environnement arboré du terrain. La performance énergétique de cette maison imaginée en 2002 est de 61 Kwhe/m2, la norme RT 2005 demandait 110 Kwhe/m2 à cette époque… Les nouveaux propriétaires ont inscrit une nouvelle histoire à cette maison en terminant la décoration et souhaitent réaliser le nécessaire « jardin bioclimatique », et répondre ainsi au souhait initial de cette maison au vu d’une des règles de la «charte de Gaïa» : «Laissons l’architecture être inspirée par la nature et être, durable, bonne pour la santé, protectrice et diverse»… Pour plus d’information : www.architectes.org/portfolios -30- + In 2002, the first owner wanted to build a house according to the French RT 2005 energy regulations by combining metal and wood, spacious rooms and geothermal heating. The house needed to be integrated into an ancient orchard situated in the village of Pluvigner in South Brittany. To comply with these stipulations, the architect came up with a bioclimatic design combining a wood and concrete frame, metal beams and a zinc-clad arched roof which offered quality of comfort, practicality and space. In a break with tradition, the harmonious lines of the house inspired by organic architecture thus created a habitat close both to nature and its inhabitants. The house faces South-East with a North-facing façade built of concrete breeze-blocks and doubling with filler. ¾ of the wood frame is in 195/45mm and 120/45mm pine with Rockwool insulation and a vapour shield. The cladding is Red Cedar. Inside, the walls and arched ceilings are made of OSB panels to mark a contrast with the painted concrete walls. The house stands on a concrete floor covering a crawlspace which ensures important heat accumulation. The ceiling insulation is 220mm Rockwool, the walls are of 120mm wood and 100mm concrete. In winter, the large picture windows provide maximum sun exposure which helps cut down on heating. In summer, sliding shutters, the carport and roof overhang offer protection from the sun. The massive structure of the house conserves the cool of the night. The main door and garage are situated on the West side of the house. The children’s bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. The master bedroom complete with walk-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom is on the ground floor on the North side of the house with a view to the East. The carport on the South-East side adjoins the kitchen. The new owners have turned it into an outdoor dining space for the family in summer. The living room and mezzanine have a direct view over the garden and wooded grounds. In 2002, the planned energy performance for this house was 61 Kwhe/m2, at the time, the RT 2005 norm was 110 Kwhe/m2 … In completing the décor and planning the necessary “bioclimatic garden”, the new owners have given new life to the house, thus fulfilling the initial aim to concord with the “Gaia Charter”. “Let architecture be inspired by nature and be sustainable, healthy, conserving and diverse”.
